Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at theclothinghub.pk. We want our customers to have a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the order.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be unwashed and undamaged

  • Be returned in the same condition as delivered

  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging

  • Include the invoice or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for return.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products sold under Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale

  • Accessories or add-on products if stated on the product page

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return or exchange

  3. Our team will review your request and provide:

    • Return approval

    • Return address

    • Instructions for sending the item back

Please pack the item carefully in its original packaging and include the invoice.

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

4. Return Processing Fee

If you return an item, a fixed return handling fee of PKR 750 (including 4% government tax) will be deducted from your order amount.

The remaining amount will be refunded after this deduction.

Example

Order Amount: PKR 10,000
Return Processing Fee: PKR 750

Refund Amount: PKR 9,250

5. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product:

  • Our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets the return conditions.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If the product does not pass inspection, it will be sent back to you and shipping costs may apply.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days, depending on product availability.

If the replacement item costs more:

  • You will need to pay the price difference.

If the replacement item costs less:

  • The difference may be refunded according to the refund policy.

Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Photos or video of the product

  • Packaging images

  • Invoice copy

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund without any extra cost.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible and the order will follow the standard return process.

9. Refund Method

Refunds are sent to the same payment method used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit, depending on the situation.

10. Policy Updates
