7. Customer Responsibility for Address Details

In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries.

8. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because of:

  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts

We will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional delivery charges may apply.

If we are unable to reach you within 7 days, the order may be canceled.

If an order is canceled after shipment, return deductions may apply according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

After review, we will provide an appropriate solution such as replacement, refund, or store credit.

10. Returns & Shipping Deductions

Customers can request returns within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the product meets the return conditions.

If a return is approved:

  • A fixed return handling fee of PKR 750 (including 4% government tax) will be deducted from the order amount.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
